You’re a complex being. Yes, you have hands and feet, some of the most advanced utensils at our disposal. But you are more than the physical. You have perception. Emotions. Language. And at the crux of it all, a supercomputer pulling the strings of the physical and the mental. 

It’s hard to understand what the brain is thinking, it’s truly got a mind of its own. Analyzing your brain could honestly just be as deep as analyzing yourself. It’s got as much of a clue as you do on how it truly works. Obvious to say now, but kinda crazy if you really think about it. 

Honestly, just writing this down to serve as a reminder that you can go easy on yourself sometimes. You don’t have it all figured out, and that’s okay. We don’t always understand all we do and why we do it. And that’s okay. You’re a complex being.
